GM: 'Hardest decision of my life'

For Allison Rossiter, walking away from a job she loves at a company where she's enjoyed a global, high-flying 22-year career, was "one of the hardest - if not the hardest - decision" of her life but she leaves with pride and the excitement and challenge of a new role as CEO for an ASX-listed company.

The Managing Director of Roche Diagnostics admits her decision has come as a "massive shock" to most. Her career is flying high and she quite simply loves her team, her company and the work she does. No complaints.
