The Australian pharma employment market remains hot but some companies are treading on toes with arrogant approaches to headhunting that are driving prospective hires away.
According to Elizabeth Pettit, Founder and Managing Director of specialist recruitment company PPD Search, reaching out to 'passive candidates' (those not actively looking for a new role but who are open to approaches and switching jobs for the right opportunity) is a delicate art that requires a deep understanding of both the candidate's profile and the culture of the company making the offer.
