Pharma's biggest CEO pay hikes

While the average salary increase for full-time pharma employees in the US sits between two and three per cent, it's a very different story for those steering the ship with many CEOs winning bumper pay hikes on the back of major sales success.

The top five pay increases by percentage for pharma CEOs in 2023 ranged from a handsome 21 per cent to a breathtaking 117 per cent with remuneration packages spanning from AU$23 million to AU$42 million.
