Company marks 25-year milestone

Gilead Sciences is celebrating 25 years in Australia - plus the opening of a new state-of-the-art office in Melbourne - reflecting on a 'remarkable journey' having provided around 300,000 Australians with medicines since first opening its doors in 1999.

An event held yesterday (Monday) at the company's new Melbourne CBD location, saw team members, patients and other external stakeholders including HCPs and Federal Member of Higgins Dr Michelle Ananda-Rajah, gather to reflect on the company's growth since starting out in Oakleigh with around 10 employees during the final year of the last century.
