Who's facing a 'promotions cliff'?

New figures have revealed that part-time employees face a brutal 'promotion cliff' with leadership roles few and far between and women being harder hit than men.

The 2023 Gender Equality Scorecard compiled by the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) showed that 21 per cent of the workforce is in part-time work but just seven per cent of managers are employed part-time.
