The High Court has granted special leave to cosmetics company Self Care Corporation to appeal a judgment finding that it infringed trademarks belonging to Botox maker, Allergan.
This will be the final round in the saga which was thought to have ended last September when the Full Federal Court threw out an earlier decision that had gone against Allergan, in relation to the marketing of Self Care's 'Botox alternatives'.
