MSLs take over as 'ambassadors'

The pandemic has seen the role of MSL elevated to "company ambassador" as healthcare professionals (HCPs) continue to pull back on interactions with pharma sales teams.
An expert panel on a NEXT Pharma Summit webinar said traditional commercial teams will see "heads cut" while MSLs will step up into a more significant role.
