Aussie company on track to bank its first billion

Telix is on track to pull in US$1 billion in revenue this financial year, allowing it to boost spending on R&D by more than half.

Group revenue for the first half of 2026 increased 22.3 per cent year-on-year to $670 million (US$477 million). On that, profit after income tax went from a US$2 million loss to a $53 million (US$38 million profit), and adjusted EBITDA increased 147.6 per cent to $73 million (US$52 million).

The radiopharma took the opportunity to increase spending on R&D by 51 per cent compared to a year earlier, up to $174 million (US$124 million) for the half year. That represents 26 per cent of revenue, and Telix plans to continue that with guidance of 24-28 per cent of revenue spent on R&D for the year, or US$230-270 million.
