Ex-Aussie GM wins top promotion

Novo Nordisk's former Australian-based General Manager, Jeppe Theisen, has scored his second promotion since leaving Sydney three years ago, vastly expanding his leadership territory.
From this month he takes the reins as Vice President and Head of Business Area West, superseding his former role heading Business Area North & Central. It's an impressive feat given the tough restructure announced by the company last year, in which 9000 employees were cut from the headcount.
