Two new Country Heads appointed

After months of anticipation about their next leadership moves, former Novartis ANZ President Matt Zeller and Ex-Moderna General Manager Michael Azrak have each been appointed to top new roles.

Zeller has been named the Chief Executive Officer of Arrotex Pharmaceuticals, starting in the new job yesterday - almost three months to the day since he shocked industry by unexpectedly resigning from the company where he'd worked for 11 years.

Azrak, who brings three decades of pharma leadership to his new position, has been named Novo Nordisk Oceania General Manager, effective 12 January. He succeeds Cem Ozenc who started a new role at the company's Danish headquarters in Septemper.
