Four of the industry's highest earning company leaders are making more than 200 times the salary of the median employee at their company, according to new analysis.
The biggest pay gap emerged at Johnson & Johnson with CEO Joaquin Duato earning close to 300 times the company's average worker. His impressive compensation package of US$24.3 million is 293 times higher than the median employee salary of US$83,000.
