Medicines Australia has published the outcomes of two separate complaints of Code of Conduct breaches, which has resulted in two companies being slapped with fines totalling $250,000.
The first case - a complaint by CSL regarding its product Ferinject ended with rival Menarini being slapped with a $150,000 fine. The second case, submitted by an unnamed HCP resulted in Besins copping a $100,000 fine over Utrogestan.
