'Special' May meeting date set

A PBAC update from Chair Professor Robyn Ward has confirmed a special meeting of the PBAC will be held on Friday and Saturday 9-10 May 2025 to accommodate extra submissions unable to be evaluated in March.

The two-page letter said in total 63 submissions were received for the March meeting of which 51 required external evaluation by HTA service providers. Of these 38 submissions were for "the most complex and resource-intensive type" of submission.
