Winter report card exposes vax gap

An analysis of the 2024 respiratory illness season has highlighted the need for a national immunisation strategy covering older Australians.
Moderna's winter report card found that around 160,490 out of 744,000 - or one fifth - of laboratory-confirmed cases of vaccine-preventable viral respiratory infections reported were in adults 65 years and older.
