Who's on the move with a new job?

After almost 18 years Linda Matthews has left Sanofi and her role as Reward, Performance & Inclusion Lead JPAC to strike out on her own with a new business called Simply Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Consulting.

"After many years with Sanofi, I am leaving with a sense of pride and gratitude for my experiences, opportunities and achievements," she said on LinkedIn.

"It closes a chapter, where I was able to help shape the Australian affiliate's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Strategy, Policy and Practice. I am leaving behind many remarkable people actively involved in our Employee Resource groups who will continue to lead meaningful change for our employees, our workplace and our community.

"A special thanks to Sanofi's Australian Country Council who gave me the opportunity to lead this work and for their support and belief in the mission, and of course to my amazing colleagues for their support and inspiration. I've certainly learned a lot and grown as an individual."
