Why ex-Aussie GM is back in town

Former Australian General Manager Michala Fischer-Hansen was back in Sydney this week, meeting her new local team after taking a senior global role with Lundbeck - but she couldn't resist also dropping in on her former colleagues at Novo Nordisk.

Fischer -Hansen was appointed Executive Vice President, Head of Europe and International Markets at Lundbeck in April. She'd previously held a top-level role at Falck and before that spent close to two decades at Novo Nordisk - including a three year stint as General Manager of the company's Australian operations, leaving in 2019.
