AbbVie sets the Wiki record straight

More than 100 women working in the health, medical and life sciences sectors - including members of the Australian AbbVie team - have taken to their keyboards as part of an event to increase the visibility of women and gender diverse people in science on Wikipedia.

The event hosted by Franklin Women was held in Sydney and Canberra late last month and contributed 32 new articles, improved 100 others and updated 100 bios to include the achievements of health and medical researchers who are women, adding 43,500 words about women who are making meaningful contributions to the health sector through their work.
