Aussie Bayer forging a new path

Bayer ANZ is ahead of the curve in the company's global structural transformation and has been named a 'frontrunner team' paving the way for the rest of the organisation.

Earlier this year Bayer announced it would implement a new global operating model called Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO), designed to reduce hierarchies and eliminate bureaucracy. However, the Bayer ANZ Pharma team proactively pursued an agile transformation early last year.
