Refreshing news that a pharma in Australia was on a major recruitment drive - bucking the industry wide trend of downsizing - was our best read story this week.
Gedeon Richter is more than doubling its customer-facing commercial footprint and switching to become a women's health-focused company in ANZ. The key priority will be the roll out of its endometriosis treatment Ryeqo, the first new treatment approved by the TGA in 13 years, which has been on a government fast track with approval in January, a PBAC recommendation in March and PBS-listing next.
