Ex-GM gone from global role

James McDonnell, the former longtime General Manager of Vifor ANZ, who took a global role with CSL when the Aussie giant acquired Vifor in 2022, has finished up with the company.

One of the longest serving GMs in Australia, McDonnell held the top job at Vifor for 12-and-a-half years until the $17.2 billion buyout by CSL. The acquistion resulted in a small number of layoffs in Australia, with seven former Vifor staffers made redundant - but McDonnell was not one of them.
