Not just CEOs earning big bucks

New figures show that in pharma you don't have to be in the top job to earn big bucks with R&D chiefs taking home a tidy sum -  including one who received a mega sign-on bonus which boosted his package to eight figures - well ahead of most CEOs.

A list compiled by US publication Fierce Pharma of the Top Five R&D Executives revealed salaries of between AU$12 million and an eye-watering AU$30 million last year.
