An Australian life sciences employment expert has branded the practice of putting prospective hires through a gruelling recruitment process only to make them a lowball offer as the "Top ick of 2024".
In a frank post on LinkedIn, iPharm Associate Director Mollie Gunn called out employers who - despite knowing salary expectations - proceeded with multiple interviews only to make offers well below the mark.
