J&J chases allegedly 'stolen' files

Johnson & Johnson has sued a former employee seeking to head off "imminent irreparable harm" to its business.

According to documents filed by J&J in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, when long-term employee Andrew Brackbill left for a new job at Pfizer he downloaded thousands of business-sensitive files and took them with him, and has accessed them while working for Pfizer.
