BMS has released a statement reiterating its commitment to gender equality, ahead of the release of WGEA pay gap data next week.
"It is important to reiterate that at BMS our Total Rewards Strategy is designed to ensure individuals are remunerated appropriately in line with the market," BMS Australia and New Zealand Human Resources Director, Lisa Johnston, said. "We fairly and equitably reward our people based on the work they do, the capabilities they possess, and their performance regardless of gender."
