Pharmas ranked tops for workers

Six pharmas have made the 2024 JUST 100 list which ranks how companies perform on the issues that matter to people - with industry winning the highest average rank for workers.

The list, released by CNBC and JUST Capital, evaluates companies in the Russell 1000 index across 20 core issues, chosen through a poll of Americans. It also crosses five stakeholders, including workers, communities, shareholders and governance, customers, and the environment.
