TGA: See you in court

The TGA is taking Vitura Health-owned CDA Clinics QLD and its former Director Ben Jansen to court for allegedly advertising prescription-only medicinal cannabis products on its website and social media page.
It's claimed that the company's website, CDA Express, enabled patients to purchase unregistered, prescription-only medicines containing cannabidiol after completing a free 'virtual consultation' process involving an online questionnaire.
