It's been a year of challenge and change for pharma marketers with research and insights agency So What? Research compiling a list of the top five trends of 2023 based on their work with Australian specialists.
At the top of the list is the 'Resurgence of Selling Excellence'. While companies continued to build their omnichannel capabilities they also drilled down on selling excellence, striving to deliver more value than their rivals, So What? observed.
