Huge job cuts announced

Novavax is slashing its global workforce, but is staying put in Australia.

In its first quarter 2023 financial results Novavax outlined plans to dramatically cut costs to stop its fiscal bleeding, including cutting a quarter of its workforce globally. However, its Director of Medical Affairs ANZ, Darrin Gilchrist, appointed just last year, will retain his position.
