Global bosses shunning Aust

Global pharma bosses are reluctant to send senior talent to work in Australia, according to experts, because the lifestyle is so good, they're worried their top staffers won't ever return.

The high global resignation rate across the industry is playing out uniquely in Australia, with locals chasing a work life balance with greater fervour.

Speaking at a webinar last week, recruitment veteran and Pharmiweb Managing Director Vince Lody said not only is work-life balance more important here but employees are quitting at a younger age.
