With staff retention a critical issue in Australian pharma, job promotions are on the rise as companies make sure they hold on to top talent.

Menaka De Alwis has started a new position at Novartis as IT Director Technology Transformation Head ANZ. De Alwis previously spent more than four years in the role of IT Country Lead/Business Relationship Manager.
