A former pharmacist has been sentenced to more than six years behind bars for conspiring to defraud taxpayers of more than $19 million by falsely claiming benefits under the PBS.
A sentencing hearing at Sydney's Downing Centre District Court last Friday saw the Sydney man jailed for six years and four months with a non-parole period of four years.
