Burnout takes a grip on pharma

Almost a third of Australian pharma employees are either 'burned out', 'close to burnout' or 'struggling significantly', according to an exclusive Pharma in Focus survey.

Critically, a further 48 per cent said they were 'struggling somewhat' meaning well over three-quarters of the workforce is wrestling with some level of exhaustion.
