Job perks for pharma staff have switched from those that boost the hip pocket to less tangible benefits that give employees career progression, mobility and help reduce stress.
Gone are gym memberships and car parking spaces, replaced by benefits such as internal mobility, job excitement, training for promotion and compassion.
