$700K for one day? Not so fast

For Jorge Gomez, the blow of being ousted from his new job at Moderna after just one day was no doubt cushioned by US$700,000 in severance pay but now even that may be clawed back.
The former Chief Financial Officer's Executive Separation Agreement states the company has the right to recoup the full payout if he is found to have been involved in any wrongdoing.
