The growing number of digital natives in the medical profession is pushing an 'always-on' culture in the pharma industry which needs to provide information 24/7.
According to Australian Doctor Group (ADG), digital natives - or those born after 1980 - want "personalised, always-on, mobile-friendly and frictionless digital experiences that help them improve patient care".
