Melbourne-founded genomics company myDNA, backed by Arrotex boss Dennis Bastas, has acquired exercise and nutrition program 28 by Sam Wood in a $71.2 million deal.
Bastas is executive chairman and 20 per cent shareholder in myDNA Inc, which is seeking to empower consumers to unlock the data in their DNA to personalise everyday health decisions - such as how a person's genes affect the way certain prescription medicines work.
