Resilience is our word of the year

So ends another strange, unpredictable and challenging year. And soon another will begin, with a promise of more of the same.

And although the Macquarie Dictionary has already declared "strollout" to be the word of 2021, I'm putting in a late vote for "resilience" because that's what we've needed to get this far. We're likely to need a bit more before 2022 is out.
