The demand for CRAs is "through the roof" with employers offering generous sign-on bonuses, fast-tracked promotions and other perks to secure the right employee in a red-hot market.

Proclinical Staffing Senior Consultant, Char Kumarage, said a perfect storm of conditions - including a 20 per cent increase in Australian clinical trialling in the last year, international border closures and a lack of experienced recruiters in the clinical research vertical - had seen demand for CRAs explode.
