MSD preps spinoff for launch

MSD is preparing to hand over its women's health and legacy products and biosimilar business to Organon Pharma in Australia as plans take shape for a spinoff due to be launched in the first half of this year.

Product lines affected by the creation of the new business have already been transferred and staffing is underway, showing how advanced the project is.
