Emerging from lockdown

As people begin to look beyond lockdown and think about "how they will emerge" former pharma sales rep turned mindset and effectiveness coach Kylie Brennan says having a growth mindset will prepare you for the year ahead - and she's about to launch a new program with companies showing interest to support their staff.

Brennan, who left pharma in 2015 to start her own coaching business said, "like everybody, small business does suffer and what opportunities you do have are quite different but, definitely in the last past 12 months the needs have all been very similar from the organisations that I've worked with."

Over the past few months Brennan has worked online with multiple pharma companies, including Novartis, AstraZeneca and NovoNordisk.
