From sales rep to COVID coach

Former pharma sales rep Kylie Brennan says the coronavirus pandemic, which has forced Australia into lockdown, is a gift for those looking to rethink their life goals.

Brennan, who left pharma to start her own coaching business in 2015, said the unusual circumstances which have seen people largely self-isolating at home is "a gift of time to see where you're going and what you want to do".

"If people are in a growth mindset, they're looking at how they can manage this situation and grow or gain from it," Brennan told Pharma in Focus after using the time to fast-track her own online course, now days away from launching.
