The Role:
Because of you, healthcare professionals will have greater access to solutions that improve patient care.

As the Queensland Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of developing the hospital market across the state, identifying new clinical opportunities and building relationships with stakeholders who influence patient pathways and product utilisation.
This is a strategic hospital account management role requiring you to understand each hospital as an account, map departments and stakeholders, identify areas of clinical opportunity and develop advocates across the state. 



Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans across Queensland hospitals
  • Map hospital departments, stakeholders and clinical pathways
  • Identify and develop new clinical and commercial opportunities
  • Build relationships with clinical, pharmacy and hospital decision-makers
  • Navigate hospital access, formulary and protocol processes
  • Deliver clinical education and drive ongoing product utilisation



Skills & Experience:
  • Proven hospital sales experience, required
  • Pharmaceutical, medical device or broader hospital sales background
  • Strong understanding of public and private hospital environments
  • Demonstrated strategic account planning and stakeholder mapping capability
  • Strong clinical communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • Commercially astute, autonomous and comfortable developing new opportunities
