No fine after 'disparaging a rival' investigation

Sanofi has dodged a potentially hefty fine after European antitrust regulators accepted a legally-binding commitment by the company to change its tactics, following an investigation into allegations it disparaged a vaccine made by rival CSL Seqirus.
