Company names new global CEO

iNova Pharmaceuticals has announced a change at the top of the company, searching outside of the industry for its next CEO. 

Shumit Kapoor will take over as Chief Executive Officer from 1 September succeeding Dan Spira. He comes from food company Kellanova, where he was President of Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa (AMEA). Kellanova was one of the companies created by the separation of Kellogg Company in 2023, and focuses on snacks and foods, and was bought by Mars Inc last December.

The local iNova business will continue to be run by Andrew Jenkin, President ANZ, Canada, and South Africa, from the Sydney office.
