Revenue soars 25% after broad listing

A long fight for a new type of PBS listing has shown an almost immediate result in the reimbursement figures.

In March this year BMS scored a multi-indication PBS listing for immunotherapy drugs Opdivo and Yervoy, the first such listing around the globe.

It took 27 months from the first submission to the PBAC in December 2023 to the PBS subsidisation of the broad listings in March this year, but the increase in usage appeared straight away.
