Pharma workers rate the Boss

Dave Ricks is Big Pharma employees’ favourite CEO. The Eli Lilly boss is ranked No.1 for employee approval on job search website Glassdoor, with about 89 per cent of reviews approving of him.

Ricks, who took the helm in 2017, has helped transform Lilly into the world’s first trillion-dollar pharma, selling what is now the world’s bestselling drug, tirzepatide, under the brands Zepbound and Mounjaro.
