Company pauses MA membership

Bayer has paused its membership with Medicines Australia as it experiments with a new engagement model to see if it can achieve greater impact through "more targeted, impact-driven partnerships".

The pause came into effect in July this year with Bayer stating it believes in the power and importance of local industry to drive meaningful policy change.

"At Bayer, our mission of Health for All, Hunger for None, calls on us to confront the two greatest challenges facing humanity," the company said.
