Patients Australia gongs champions

People working to improve the patient experience in Australia have been honoured at a pharma-sponsored awards ceremony which recognised individuals and organisations working to drive meaningful change in healthcare.

The Patients Australia Awards Gala 2025 celebrated 16 people whose work helps shape a more patient-centred, equitable, and responsive health system, with efforts ranging from national campaigns to clinical innovations and frontline care.

Held at the Sofitel Melbourne and hosted by former Channel Nine Health Reporter Emily Rice, the Gala also raised almost $100,000 to support Patients Australia's national advocacy efforts.
