Arrotex takes on blood cancer drug

Antengene has signed an exclusive agreement with Arrotex to be the exclusive distribution and commercialisation partner in Australia for blood cancer drug Xpovio.

It's the latest step in a move by Arrotex to expand into branded and innovative medicines, and comes after the recent formation of a haematology and oncology focused specialty sales team by the company.

"This strategic agreement and collaboration with Arrotex in the Australian market underscores our mutual commitment to improving access to innovative medicines for physicians and patients and reinforces our shared vision of delivering meaningful health outcomes for patients," Antengene Corporate Vice President and Head of Asia Pacific Markets, Thomas Karalis, said.
