PBAC says yes to almost everyone

Much of the industry has ended the year on a high with the PBAC recommending almost every submission considered at the hefty November meeting - but there's a battle on the horizon to score the first PBS listings in the New Year.

Overall, the committee recommended 33 new PBS listing submissions, 14 change to existing listing submissions, and one NIP listing submission.

Among the 38 new PBS listing submissions, only three were not recommended - AstraZeneca's breast cancer drug Truqap, Servier Laboratories' pancreatic adenocarcinoma treatment Onivyde, and Eli Lilly's diabetes drug Mounjaro KwikPen.
